The Hinckley District Annual General Meeting took place on Tuesday 16th August 2011 at Burbage Scout HQ. The meeting was once again well attended with over 50 members present.
All existing members of the District Executive were nominated for positions.
Sub committees were all agreed and the accounts presented and passed.
Awards were presented and the County Commissioner gave a speech about working together and County Events.
2012 District AGM is pencilled in to be held at Burbage Scout HQ 7.30pm on Tuesday 21st August. This date will be confirmed later in the year.
